I have been a tennis instructior for over 20 years and was a top div.2 collge player in New england. I teach all ages and skill levels. My passion is helping students improve while they have fun.

I do Newton and Brookline , but not into Boston to hard to get in and out of the City. I do go to Worcester.

I love working with popel and solving problems that tennis clients may have whether tactical, mechanics, mental, and just having fun watching my students improve and have fun.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I feed balls for a few minutes to review there hand eye and stroke production, then we work into instruction based on work that is needed in their game


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taught over 20 years at several clubs in mass. all levels and ages. Kids to adults, coached juniors, ladies teams and clinics, mens teams and mens clinics, private lessons to all ages and levels, and cardio tennis.

yes. $65/hr for private lessons

$70 for semiprivate lessons

Group lessons and any clinic $25 per kid or adult per hour

                                       $30 per per kid or adult per 1.5 hrs


How did you get started teaching?

i played #1 for my college tennis team

decided to teach , and have done so for 21 yrs. now


What types of students have you worked with?

all ages , all levels, kids and adults, mens clinics, cardio tennis, mens and womens workout, mens and womens teams, jr.clinics etc.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If you are looking to hire a teacher you have to make sure they have good teaching experience and have taught your level and age, and also that they can play at least a solid level.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

You need to think about how you could improve your level of play and what you are looking to accomplish by taking lessons.
