A Certified wine expert and competitive oyster schucker, Jason can teach a wide variety of techniques, from cooking Sous Vide to smoking. We can pair all types of wine and foods, plus even infuse spirits and make tallow-based skin lotions.
Being in the fine wine business allows me to travel to many different countries and learn their cultures and cuisines. I also love to fish and crab on the Chesapeake when I'm home. I really enjoy sharing my skills with others, whether I'm cooking for my family and neighbors, or teaching someone to schuck an oyster for the first time.
