Ready Set Music - With Ms Elizabeth

Hi! I'm Ms. Elizabeth, a voice, piano, and music theory teacher originally from Kentucky, now based in Baltimore, Maryland. I've been doing music since I was five years old, and ever since! I've had the privilege to perform in many places across the US, especially in churches, in Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri, etc.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music from a University in Kentucky in 2019, where I received the award for "Music Student of the Year" my senior year. I recently spent four years teaching piano and voice at one of the top performing arts school in Tampa, Florida (in-person and some online), and now offer lessons online through lessons.com. In addition to teaching, I'm also a worship leader, songwriter, and lover of all things music, cooking, and travel!

During our lessons, my goal is to teach you all of the skills you need to be a successful musician. If you've never taken lessons before, no worries! We will start with the basics of learning music theory and work our way up quickly to learning and reading sheet music. I am a big music theory nerd, so whatever questions you have for me, feel free to ask and we will go over it!

I have experience teaching ages 4-80, so no matter what age, no matter what your experience level with music, l'd love to help you become a successful musician!

I will require you to have some books/materials on hand, but we will discuss that in your first lesson, as it is different for every student and skill level.
