Bartlett Multisport- Triathlon And Running
About
I am a USAT-certified triathlon coach with over seven years of experience working with endurance athletes of all skill levels. My work with athletes has ranged from in-person to remote, with an emphasis on teaching proper swim, bike, and run technique and program development for a broad range of individual athletic goals for triathletes and runners. I have worked in the Baltimore and Washington DC area throughout my time as a triathlon and running coach. In addition to coaching, I have won numerous overall victories and top-3 overall finishes at Mid-Atlantic triathlons and been featured as a USAT All-American in Tri DC Magazine. In addition, I have twice qualified for the Boston Marathon and three times have qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Some of my best results include a Top 3 age group finish at the 2007 Ironman 70.3 World Championship and several overall podium finishes in races featuring professional triathletes.
I thoroughly enjoy seeing athletes grow personally and in terms of performance through their participation in a structured approach to triathlon and/or run training. I tend to be non-traditional in my occupational choices because I prefer to be active (out in the field working with clients) for at least some of my time spent working. I do also enjoy being able to sit down and do training program development tailored to individual needs.
