Hello and Welcome to Chef Ezra's Personal Professional Chef Services. As an Executive Chef for over 30 years I have traveled, prepared, cooked and eaten some of the best foods in the world. I would love to share some of these experiences with you and your family. I am ServSafe Certified, I am also a Certified Dietary Manager.
I am passionate in my journey of discovering the great food finds of the world. I am very excited about the opportunity to share these experiences with my students. I have many years of teaching culinary classic techniques to students in Culinary School. Students will come away from my classes not only more proficient in their skills, but have a real world prospective of what happens in the industry

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would first discover what the students needs, goals and hopes are for the lessons. And I would then divise a lesson plan personalized for the student based upon their wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years of training and mentoring professional cooks, chefs and dining room servers. I also have 12 years of adjunct professor work teaching in a culinary school
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $75 per hour plus any materials needed for the class
How did you get started teaching?
I was approached by the culinary school to teach some classes
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with high school students, special needs students, career changers and retired folks who just have a passion for cooking and want to learn more
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Interview the teacher and make sure that you have a comfort level with their style and ability to connect with you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have a true understanding of what it is that they would like to accomplish with the classes
