Chef Jay King Cooking Classes
About
I am chef Jay King a food and nutrition specialist. I love to eat and I love to cook. I also love to help people learn new cooking skills and most importantly have fun doing it. Eating well is important to good health and cooking is key to making that happen. Learning how to plan a menu while saving money on your grocery bill is part of the recipe. Don't let someone else decide what is in your food when you can do that to your personal preference. If you want to eat clean or local I will help find great sources. I have more than twenty years of cooking experience and have taught many people the skills they need to become great cooks. I can teach you how to prepare meals for your busy week and have great dinners for friends and family. The whole family can help plan and cook meals together. You can learn to make any type of food because I teach methods and skills that cross all cuisines. I have been a chef in restaurants, hotels, caterers, hospitals and corporate dining service. I have been a baker and pastry chef. I am an owner of a catering company as well. I truly love to help people live better by teaching them the love of cooking and eating well. I can help you learn to cook to your dietary preference.
No matter your skill level I am sure we can do amazing things in the kitchen.
