Chef Shannon Goins

I am probably the craziest, jump in neck deep lover of food anywhere. When I'm not working as a personal chef or teaching kids fundamentals/cooking = having fun, I am traveling for food, watching or reading about food or creating menus and dinner parties for even my two kids! Every one I teach or chef for tells me that I light up like a Christmas tree when I talk about food or any experience around it. I love to educate people on concepts, flavors, neuances, etc. But most of all I love to teach every student (adult or child) what they want to know and learn. I still learn every day and anyone that wants to cook has an idea in their head of what they want to experience and what they would like to be able to do in the kitchen. I have been a private chef for over 5 years and teaching has been so rewarding espcially because I do also get to see this creativity through the eyes of children, which is the best!
