I have been in the kitchen since I was helping my mom decorate my own birthday cake with teddy grahams as a two-year-old on a step-stool, and have been cooking professionally for more than five years. Food is my passion, and I am proud to be able to share what I make with friends, family, and clients alike! A vegetable evangelist, I am committed to sharing the perfection of a well-prepared radish (or perfectly sautéed mustard greens, or golden roasted eggplant) with everyone I meet. I am deeply invested in making vegan and vegetarian food that appeals to all palates, though I myself am an omnivore.
