Opened L'Academies de Cuisine in 1976 to educate the home cook the fine techniques of French cooking, as well as create programs to educate people who wanted to pursue the culinary and pastry arts as a profession.
Cooking and instructing has been a passion of mine since 9 years old. I enjoy most seeing the thousands of amazing chefs running local restaurants who have graduated from my school.

First, make them feel comfortable. Second, understand their strengths and weaknesses. Lastly, instruct on their needs to become a better cook.

Graduated from L'Ecole de Hoteliere in Lausanne, Switzerland. President/Owner and instructor at L’Academie de Cuisine (1976-2017).
