What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Making cooking fun, nutritious, and delicious! Reconnecting with food from its source is an essential part of my introduction. Tell me about your favorite dishes you enjoy and I will teach you basic meal preparations with your choice of recipes. I also specialize in integrating superfoods with existing dishes you love.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a vegetarian at the age of 12 and have been experimenting with plant based recipes since. I also have a Bachelor degree in Food, Dietetics, and Nutrition.
