My background is swimming, and I have done triathlons at a competitive level since 2002.

I have worked with Frank Byskov since I joined RCTC in the winter of 2015 with an interest to train and compete in an Ironman triathlon event. Even though I have done quite a few triathlons in the past, they were much shorter and I knew swimming was not my strongest event out of all three. I learned of RCTC from a friend who has been training with coach Frank Byskov for a couple of years. Since joining RCTC I've participated in and completed 4 full Ironmans and countless other sprint and Olympic length triathlons with swimming being my strongest leg. Frank tailored my workouts to focus on what I needed most and transformed my approach to swimming and triathlons.
Introductory session to gauge if it is mutually beneficial - a good fit personality wise and based on goals is key to a great outcome.
