Debby Broadus (aka Coach D) offers one of the best tennis lessons in the area. She is USPTR-certified tennis professional and helps in improving players at all levels to help them learn different tennis strategies and to improve their tennis stroke techniques.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Determine a starting point: of their strengths and weaknesses for each tennis stroke. Also I provide a self evaluation form that the student completes. This help assess their tennis game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a professional certified tennis coach through the Professional Tennis Registry for over 20 years. I teach tennis players from ages 4 to age 80.
I've coached four teams to United States Tennis Association National Championships. I've competed In USTA regional and Sectional Championships for over 28 years. I continue to play competitive tennis weekly.
I'm currently a 4.5 competitive tennis player.

Private lessons are 1 hour at $50
Semi-private lessons are 1.5 hours at $45 each player.
clinics of 4 players are 1.5 hours at $30 each player.
How did you get started teaching?
I started playing tennis at the age of 6.
My tennis coached suggested that I teach tennis based on my skills, love of the game, personality and teaching degree.
