I specialize in mind & body training. I believe to be a strong tennis player, you must have a strong mindset first. And most of all, have lots of fun.
I love being outdoor for the most part, I enjoy the sunshine and having fun with my clients and seeing my students enjoy their course as I teach them effective and fast ways to play tennis right.
I love to see the positive outcomes from teaching my student to positively overcome the challenges, and not be consumed by the negativity.
