I like to talk with them to figure out their skill level and then we go over menu of things they wanna learn..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in culinary arts management and been cooking professionaly for 18years
And I am a 3 time Food Network winner who has work for Wolfgang puck and cooked for celebrities and many more amazing clients
