I strat play Taekwondo since 1980 in Iraq with famouse coache when I came to ِِAmerica I joint to training at Kil's Taekwondo with Grand Master Sang Sup Kil is one of the highest ranked black belts in the world of Tae Kwon Do. They have learned discipline, focus and dedication to this sport. In addition, I have a college degree in sports education , which has been expanded in the framwork of my knowledge of sport sciences
Tae Kwon Do is an excellent activity for the entire family. it is important to find activities that can be shared; activities that nurture growth, while working side by side. Tae Kwon Do offers this, and more! Families will become more health conscious as they exercise together. Parents and children will grow closer, and relationships will improve through the mandatory studies of the tenets of Tae Kwon Do, which are: Perseverance, Integrity, Courtesy, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit, and Humility. Respect for yourself and others is the natural product of this training in self-discipline. In addition, Tae Kwon Do is also an excellent avenue to meet other families that share your similar interests.
You are never too old to embark on this exciting new adventure. Beginning adults are taught slowly. We recognize that some individuals have not exercised in quite some time, and we are careful to accommodate those "rested" muscles.
My classes begin with warm-ups, after which new students are taught in a gradual, repetitive method. As the student goes through the belt ranking system, the classes become gradually more difficult, because the students skill level is increasing. The adult student will see many benefits from training. Some of these include endurance, flexibility and strength. Stress will be reduced and replaced with refreshingly healthy, positive attitudes. Each student's confidence will strengthen because of the self-defense skills that are learned.
Taekwondo is a great way to enhance your life because
1. It’s a confidence booster
2. You learn self defense
3. It’s a productive way to release energy
4. It increases focus
5. The social aspect
