Tactical Defence Karate applies techniques from two martial art styles to form a “Quick Rapid Fire Self-Defense Foundation.”
As our world becomes increasingly more violent, the need for simple and effective self-defense increases. At the same time, the need for humane self-defense has increased even more.
So, how can good people defend themselves and their families in a manner which is both effective and humane? The answer lies in the martial arts developed many years ago in Okinawa and Japan. TDK uses fighting techniques from Kyusho-Jitsu and Koei-Kan Karate.
Kyusho-Jitsu ~ Attacks pressure points of the body.
Koei-Kan ~ Combines all of the following.
Karate: Blocking, punching, striking, and kicking.
Judo: take downs, and throws.
Akido: restraints, and reverse joint techniques.
Kobudo: Traditional weapons.
These techniques require little strength (though some skill); yet, can easily incapacitate a larger, stronger assailant, without causing serious injury. This makes the art especially appropriate for those who are the likely targets of aggression, while being a means of self-protection that can be employed in good conscience. Also, Martial Arts are an excellent means to improved health, by improving your balance, cardio endurance, mental clarity, and overall confidence in yourself.
Here is a question for you: VICTIM or SURVIVOR, which one do you want to be?
Call today, learn to be the survivor!
