Produce, supervise, advise and coordinate all artistic, production and management facets of a large 501-C-3 metropolitan theatrical production organization. Artistic responsibilities include serving in multiple capacities throughout the internal production season as well as collaborative community events as a director, choreographer, writer, producer, production designer and consultant. Management and administrative responsibilities include supervision and consultation of all staff and volunteers in all areas of production development, lighting, sound, scenic and costume design, marketing, advertising, fundraising, grant writing, promotions, public relations, season selection, scheduling, coordinating production and operating budgets, and serve as spokesperson and liaison to all local media outlets as well as community networking and sponsorships. Serve as an educator/instructor/advisor through workshops, seminars, master classes and educational outreach programs to area community service organizations, high schools, and local colleges and the University Of Michigan-Flint. Also provide professional coaching to students in the Flint Community who wish to pursue academic scholarships, graduate studies, or professional theatre employment. Network and coordinate with area businesses, local media and service and arts organizations towards providing assistance and support for promotional and charitable events, convention and sales functions and community awareness through special projects and programs such as reader's theatre, arts concerts, special events, original productions and artistic and technical consultation. Collectively advise, report to and work with a ten member board of directors, six member board of trustees and a large active membership, towards maintaining standards of excellence in artistic quality, community involvement and volunteer support.

Supervision and Coordination of all artistic and production facets in a summer stock venue with extended applications. Served as producer, director, designer, choreographer and writer for a five show season in addition to producing and directing two additional productions for Holland, Michigan's Tulip Time Festival and several holiday applications such as Hans Brinker On Ice for the Holland Chamber Of Commerce. Supervision of professional production staff, student interns and professional equity guest artists in residence.
