I've played piano for 60 years and taught for over 40, 16 at The University of Michigan. I teach all levels and all genres of music from Rock to Rachmaninoff.

I meet every student where they are in their musical journey. I teach musicians to feel their music and really become the music. Every musician will not be into classical music so I like to understand what type of music inspires each student so that I can know how to teach them in a way that they would understand it. I am a vocalist from the Metro Detroit Area. I started studying voice at the age of 15 then went on to receive my Bachelor of Music from Wayne State University concentrating in Music Business with minors in Music Technology and Vocal Music Education. The singing methodology I use is the Italian Method. Some know this as "bel canto" which means beautiful singing.
