Steven Dearing, based in Michigan, is an esteemed classical guitarist and music professor at the University of Windsor. Since 1992, he has been providing high-quality guitar lessons to students of all ages, focusing on technical score reading skills, theory, musicianship, and performance. In 1998, he co-founded the Dearing Concert Duo, a highly-regarded ensemble specializing in wedding and event performances. The duo has received six Detroit Music Awards and has performed at prestigious venues across Metro Detroit. Their passion and expertise continue to resonate with students and audiences alike.
