Midwest Karate Association, Minneapolis

Midwest Karate Association was started in 1958 by Sensei Robert Fusaro (currently 9th Dan) and some of our classes are still taught by Sensei Fusaro, now in his 59th year of teaching. Our karate classes are non contact, safe for all ages, yet dynamic enough to keep our students interested and coming back for more. Shotokan karate, the style we practice, is known for its powerful, linear movements, strong stances, and good body form.
