I have a BA in Music. I am a percussionist (by degree), vocalist, guitarist, bassist, and audio engineer. My primary instrument is Jazz Drumset. I have played with some of the best musicians alive (Jeff Coffin, Pat Coil, Brad Lieli). I work with many people every week to help them improve their knowledge, skills, and love for music.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first get to know the student to learn their learning style. Every student is different. I try to communicate and teach accordingly. Some student prefer to have music in front of them. Others learn more by ear. I try to speak to all types.
