I teach yoga to children!

I’m a 200Hr Certified Yoga Teacher for adults, and certified by Cosmic Kids Yoga and Kidding around Yoga for kids.
Computer Engineer turned IIN Health Coach with specialization in Hormone Health.
I have been teaching free yoga classes to children and adults (while working full time as an electrical and computer engineer), since 2017.
“Just a Piece of Life” was formed in 2019 to be engaged full time in this service as it connects me to the world more than anything else ever did in 💕 40 years 💕
When I teach a yoga class, it’s my time to connect with all who come, to respond to their needs and to grow as a caregiver and human being!
I make my classes fun, informative, relaxing, and unique with games and even dancing 🕺 to checkin with the child in you 😀
You will learn a bit more about yourself every lesson and grow stronger physically as well as mentally !!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson with a new student will be an information session, for both of us.
I will inquire about their goals and requirements, and then explain my class format to them.
The first class will be a getting to know session where I will lead the sequence as usual but be very mindful of how my student is picking up and if they're having any difficulties. From there on, it's an interactive process, of learning for the teacher as well as the student!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 200 hr certified to reach yoga to adults and teens.
I am certified to teach kids yoga from 2 complimentary certifications:
* Cosmic Kids Yoga
* Kidding around Yoga

For my Kidd Yoga Classes, I have the following pricing:
1. 4 WEEK Series $44
2. 8 WEEK Series $80
3. Dropin $14
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching in my garage, just telling Stories and going in imagined adventures with the kids!!
We all met each weekend just to learn breathing, yoga asana, along with awesome music and a life long lesson to take away!
The kids also learnt to make their own healthy snack every month.
Now I teach inside preschools, elementary schools, yoga studios to teach kids.
I have my very own Yoga Studio! Welcome 😀
