Sports and fitness are my passion, I grew up playing every sport I could. In high school I began to focus on Football and Lacrosse, I played offensive line at Appalachian State, where I then found another passion for general health and wellness. I've been a public school teacher and coach in Durham county for the past four years. My middle school football team went undefeated the past two seasons, and won our championship the past four. I train at D1 sports but because of the lack of space I am force to train outside of the facility. You are getting elite service just without elite facilities.
