My name is Samuel Wright Jr and I'm a football Trainer in the area. I come with a wealth of experience and a proven track record. I train all football positions on and off of the football field. Guarantee positive results if your willing to put the work in. I was an All-state player during my playing days and I coached high school football and won a state championship as the defense coordinator.

I am an educator that is driven and determined with a passion to bring out the best in person to make them into a positive, productive person. I have 21 years as a teacher, 10 years as a coach and sports official.

I will encourage and motivate you to give your best to the best of your ability. I use a variety of techniques to enhance an athlete's skill, endurance, agility, and mental discipline, helping them to reach their full potential. I've been coaching and developing young athletes, ages 5-14, in soccer, football, and basketball for the past 9 yrs. I always tell young athletes that "execution is your best friend". When your learn to execute, and just always try and give your best, you'll be happy with your progress. And I'm here to help you grow.

Welcome my training focuses on reaching the students full potential on the football field and track. I have over 10 years of Football knowledge, and am currently playing D2 Football in College as well as running track.

We are the only functional training facility in the Triad. We focus on sports performance training for all ages. You don't have to be an athlete to train like one! We change people's lives by transforming their bodies!

I am TJ Moore I just graduated from the University of Florida. I did one year at UNC Charlotte in a grad program. I played football at both UF & UNC Charlotte. I know what it takes to get to the next level. Let’s get to work!
