Classes are taught by experienced teachers...
Our primary teacher for recreational classes, Kaitlin has been dancing since she was 5 years old. With a BFA in Dance Performance, she has danced professionally at Carowinds and Cedar Point in OH. She has also worked at Disney World and Universal Studios in FL. She is now bring her talent and love of dancer to dancers in the classroom.
Our Competition Director, Brenna has been producing technically trained dancers for over 15 years, and her choeography is award-winning choreography. In addition to our competition dancers, she teaches our hip hop and tap classes for our older recreational dancers.
Unlike other studios, Terps is managed by a seasoned business professional. Suzanne is the studio owner and she brings nearly 30 years of professional workplace experience to the studio. Professional and timely communication and consisitent policies are her hallmark.
We are located in a 3,100 square foot building with 14-16 foot ceilings. Both classrooms are large with sprung dance floors.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student visits the studio to meet the teachers and takes a free trial class. Either before or after the studio visit, the owner sends an information email with more details about the class such as tuition and other fees, class attire, recital info, etc.
