I really enjoy helping people learn and discover new things by sharing my enthusiam and experience.
My degree in Visual Communications gave me the spark I needed to confidently go forward and design the world around me whether it's on canvas, paper, a plate... or a cake stand
My award winning artwork has been dispayed in Charlotte Galleries and I have done many commissione dpieces for private clients.
I'm also the owner of Sweet and Savory Art and have won many awards for my creations. I am a part time vegan/vegetarian private chef and continue to grow my passion for real, amazing food through my world travels.
The freedom to be creative and the confidence to dive in make all things potential "art" in my eyes. There is a great deal of joy in seeing what you are able to imagine, making it happen- and helping others discover that same happiness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have taught at several businesses in the area so I am used to students wanting all degrees of guidance. I am comfortable working at the student's pace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My many years of varied experience have trained me well!
Before that, my degree and years as a professiol -including my current work- keep me fresh.
