I love helping students discover and accomplish their goals. Each student has a personally designed "curriculum " for learning. I teach at my home studio, but I am also set up for online lessons as well. Our studio has an app that we use for tracking lesson assignments, practice, communication, interactive activities and more. As well as teaching, I am also still active in several bands. Hello! I am a classically trained pianist who has been teaching for 30+ years… I’ve started students as young as 3— and up to 83. Each student is unique and has his/her own way of learning, so I tailor my teaching method slightly to best suit each one… while making sure the lessons are always enjoyable. I make sure to include theory within the lessons— after all, knowing the foundation of the music is just as important as the music itself.
