South East Carolina Isshinryu

Isshinryu Karate stresses practical self defense through the teaching of traditional karate along with incorporating modern self defense methods. Students will learn a variety of traditions in the form of katas, kumite ( fighting ), customs and terminology along with gaining discipline, respect, integrity and self confidence. They will also learn practical self defense tactics to protect themselves and their families from real life threats. For all age groups Tiny Tigers ages 3-5 Dragons ages 6-8, Kids ages 9-12, Teen and Adults ages 13 and over.
