I have been in the food service industry for 12+ years. I have done every job from dish washing through management. Ive managed at 99 Reasturants, Millers Philly Ale House, Houlihans, and the Sugar House Casino to name a few!
Food is my life and Passion!!
I have a passion for food, and teaching others to enjoy food as well. Being able to extend the knowledge I have gained to others who are willing to pleases me extremely!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I dont have a "typical" process.
Every student is unique, so I process the way I work with a new student based solely on their level of skill, what they are trying to achieve, and lastly how quickly one learns.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Having a conversation with a teacher (picking their brain) will provide you with a much clearer idea of their ability.
Any one can type something good on their keyboard, but a verbal interaction will allow you to screen a teacher quicker.
