I started cooking at a very young age. I truly have a passion and love for serving food. I started out baking and decorating cakes then I found a love for cuisine. My experican come from working in major hotels in their culinary department where I learned many techniques in food plating and taste. Later I accepted a position at a private school as Head Chef where I cooked for eight hundred students a day. I am also the president of a all woman chef group where our mission is to feed the hungry.. my catering business stands out from the rest because I believe in being diverse when it comes to food.
