Hi my Name is Ms. Caprice and I have just relocated to the south jersey area from San Francisco......I have Myself and two other teachers who work for Imanis Dream .... we are working mobile until we find our precfect location....Then we will offer both moblie and studio lessons.....Our team is made up of A Three person team..Hip Hop...African dance ....Beg Ballet and Contempary dance....Having Awards inThe World hip hop international and World of Dance just naming a few...Imani's Dream has also been reconized Nation wide for its beautiful way to deliver a text..The style of African dance we teach is traditional West African from the Ewe people.......we work with children and Adults all ages and levels...We love to see the love of dance blossom in the hearts of people....

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first couple of Lessons are spent getting to know the student and what their goals in dance are...
Then we would get to know what that dance or movement feel in the body
Then move on to actual combinations
Always starting with warm ups and technique of that dance style and ending with a full body cool down...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AA in Dance from Laney college in California...I have been training and teaching All the Styles of dance we offer...

All lessons are $50 per hour...
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching dance since I was 21 years old...I started teaching in one of the programs that i was a student in traing...I went on to teach for them for 6years East Bay Center for performing Arts before moving on to Destiny Art center
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of students.....all ages 2 to 72..
All levels and types Children and Adults
Even special needs Children and Adults ...They are one of my Favorites....

Imanis dream had the chance to dance at a pre K Graduation those beautiful children remind us why were doing it...
Another one was watching my son live at Radio City Music Hall as he competed in Americas got talent semi finals...
