With over 25 years of hospitality experience, and working as a professional Chef, I am excited and eager to bring my knowledge to home cooks. As a Chef, and restaurantuer I have the skills to teach and guide you through the simplest of tasks all the way to creating exquisite dinner parties to impress and excite friends and family.
As a chef I am a leader and a teacher. Through my restaurants my ultimate goal was to not only provide the utmost in customer satisfaction with food, beverage and hospitality but to also be a teacher and a guide to all of my cooks. To better their skills and increase their standards in which they held themselves to.
Cooking, baking, pastries and more are my passion and my release, and I am excited to share these skills and knowledge with you.
