Im a latin chef and cookbook writer. My classes are in spanish. I speak english but not a lot. I wrote 3 cookbooks. I teach for about 25 years ago in my native Puerto Rico and Texas. I have a Food Handler Certification for New York City. THE CLASSES TAUGHT IN SPANISH. Some requires are recomended before start. I love to teach and enjoy when my student learn and practice. I bring some literature and practice exercises during the classes.

I have more than 9 years of pastry knowledge. I worked as a pastry chef in the industry and also taught high school students as a culinary instructor at a trade school. I was working as a pastry chef in a cozy meal company and had my private classes. My strongest skill has always been teaching baking from the first stage until advanced in baking with a great understanding of baking knowledge and composition. I can have you/your child in my class, we can learn, bake and have fun together.
