Welcome Everyone! I am a chef with experience in many different cuisines including pastry. I had the opportunity to work virtually during covid all over the world teaching how to make all different types of foods. I absolutely love to cook and teach very easy techniques in the kitchen to build flavor and confidence. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you.

I love to see the face on people when they try my food

I teach contemporary Indian cooking, in groups of 4 to 6 students. I teach in my teaching kitchen located at my house to offer my students a personalized Indian cooking experience. Students create a group and set up a menu working with me and then we cook from it.

The fact that I can share,recipes from my island where I grow up,cooking with my mother and aunts back in Brasil,I’m a mother of 3 kids,and food is a way I can show my love to my clients as well,I like using fresh herbs,read as much as possible about their healing properties,specially at the time we are leaving right now,Ginger,Garlic and Onions walk together in my kitchen!Turmeric as well! I’ve been cooking for the past 23 years.I had cooked in restaurants,private parties,weddings,street fairs,and recently joined Shef.com
