Maik is a unicorn in a crowded trainer/fitness field. Firstly, he is beyond fit - I think most people want a coach who 'looks the part.' Second, he is not judgmental and truly wants to see you succeed - Maik has been beyond generous with his time, schedule and after hours q&a chats to help me stay on plan. I can go on and on here, but lastly, Maik is a great human - he is always coaching other coaches and helping them improve their ability to keep spreading "tips" on why science works in this sport.

I decided to try aerial yoga for the first time tonight 🧘‍♀️ and I ended up loving it and am coming back to try aerial strength tomorrow! Kristan was an excellent instructor and she was really clear in directing us on what to do. She guided us into the moves and yoga poses that we did in the hammock and I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. The gym is really cute and I was greeted by a really nice and friendly receptionist who guided me into the class and also helped sign me up for my next class. I am looking forward to taking more classes here and maybe bringing along some of my friends! I also made new yogi friends while I was there. It was all good vibes here!!!
