Im a latin chef and cookbook writer. My classes are in spanish. I speak english but not a lot. I wrote 3 cookbooks. I teach for about 25 years ago in my native Puerto Rico and Texas. I have a Food Handler Certification for New York City.
THE CLASSES TAUGHT IN SPANISH. Some requires are recomended before start.
I love to teach and enjoy when my student learn and practice. I bring some literature and practice exercises during the classes.
