I come from a culinary family and I've developed a passion for cooking delicacies and haute cuisine for over 35 yrs. The most important part of creating a dish is that it comes from the heart and that you cook with love or else your fare will not fair well to the diner. More importantly overall is the presentation of your meal and how it is plated. It has to be appealing to the eye before it is appealing to the palate.
