Legacy TKD has been in business for 15 years. Head instructors are certified by the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and USA TaeKwonDo. We have classes for ages 3 & up for all abilities. Private Lessons & Birthday Parties available.
Watching a shy child emerge into a confident one. Helping a new white belt achieve fitness goals they could have never imagined for themself. Seeing our students develop speed, strength and self-defense skills all while making life-long friendships.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Ami is a 5th degree black belt in tae kwon do, a certified Level 1 national coach, and has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ.
Master David is a 5th degree black belt in tae kwon do, a certified Level 1 national coach, a certified tae kwon do referee and a certified personal trainer (through A.C.E.)
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with children as young as 3 and adults over 80! We have experience with all developmental abilities including ADD, ADHD, autism, PDD, Down's Syndrome, CP among others.
