What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For recreational classes, students book online on our web site under "Events and Activities". For nationally accreditted programs, students can request an appointment through our web site or email [email protected] or call 646-559-8551
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our faculty has over 40+years of combined field experience and formal education in their trade.

Prices for recreational classes vary depending on the theme and for carer programs the tuition can be found on our web site.
How did you get started teaching?
Our Chef Instructors have their own personal stories of growth. To lear about their journey, student are invited to atend tours, open houses and events (go to www.culinarytechcenter.edu)
What types of students have you worked with?
Our students find us through word of mouh, the internet, through Veterans Affairs and ACCES-VR. Our student base consists of anyone between the ages of 18 and 70 from all walks of life and backgrounds.
