About
I have been working as a professional in the performing arts for the last seven years as a director/actor/playwright/costume designer/arts educator. I have had original plays go up at big festivals and Off-Broadway, as well as have taught in over 15 schools on Staten Island as part of Illuminart Productions. Whether you need to work on that next audition, want some help on a self tape, are looking for some new monologues and songs for your book, and want to add some tools to your "performer" tool belt, I offer a coaching perfect and tailored for you. Open for actors of all ages and all skill levels. Also open for writing workshops for aspiring creative writers and playwrights out there.
I love helping others hone and nurture their craft. It gives me such delight to see someone explore material and find something new about a line, or find a truth about themselves through the work. I have cast over 25 shows so far in my life, and have taught and directed artists of all ages, meanwhile redefining what the industry means to me as a performer. If there's anyone who can truly bring you to your next authentic level, it's me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually like to have a consultation to not only see what they want to work on but also to gage their skill level in that moment. This way I can tailor a set of goals that is specific and special to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Acting with a minor in Film, TV, and Radio Communications. Additionally, I have almost 17 years of dance experience, and have been writing plays for almost 10 years. When it comes to teaching, I have taught in daycares, preschools, K-12, and in senior centers. In the past three years, I have been a touring and teaching artist with Illuminart Productions, where I have taught theater, musical theater, puppetry, playwriting, and more at over 25 different schools/programs/senior and community centers.

Usually the consultation is pay what you can, and then most sessions are about $30-$40 depending on time frame and subject matter.
