It helped a lot in my personal life since I learned a core message I still go by, which I lacked before going into this class. It is: Get out of your head and pay attention! Prepare to be embarrassed because the exercises will show you the realest you which you will learn to tame with time and honesty! This class is great for introverted people who are looking for a way to break out of their shell just like I was.
