My studied dance styles are Dancehall, Burlesque, Hip Hop, Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Vixen & Props, Bellydancing, Ballet (Childrens & Beginners), Couples and Dance Fitness opens my services up to indieivuals of all ages, nationalities, races, and creeds; there's something for everyone!
Having fluency in varying styles of dance has lead me to my invigorating original dance fitness form I call "MoKOuts' which are mood based workouts that provide exciting fitness experiences through an assortment of dance and kickboxing infused movements.
I am also a Personal Trainer specializing in Kickboxing, Toning & Sculpting.
The positive results every one has earned for themselves as well as their ability to continue to strive for their goals of greatness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting familiar with each other through genuine conversation guided by an oddly assorted fun filled array of free flow and informative questions is how I love building thre best environment for my new students.
Thus allows our connection to build from an authentic space with a positive vibe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While training at Equinox, New York Sports Club, and 9Round Kickboxing I've earned certifications and licensing for:
Toning & Endurance Certified
Strength Certified
Lift's Certified (deadlifts, etc)
Stretch Certified (flexibility, mobility, stability)
Boxing Training Certified
Kickboxing Training Certified
I am currently studying for my National Academy of Sports Medicine Licensing and I work with a team of licensed massage therapist.
