I have been swimming for 12+ years and it's more than just a sport for me but rather part of me, my lifestyle. Swimming is great to maintain in a great physical and mental shape. It's a lifestyle which leads to a successful and joyful life. And I am more than happy to introduce, and teach it to my students. I teach students of different levels/backgrounds - getting comfortable in the water, basic strokes, professional technique, endurance, speed.
