Sam is great at working with kids. Our 9 year old son had hardly any football experience but Sam was able to explain things clearly, make training fun and really understood how to relate to him. Dealing with procrastination has been my worst foe. This gym has the ‘personal’ touch. Never mind the fantastic workouts-my body has never been more toned or sculpted-the encouragement and sense of belonging is a welcome change to the gym scene. Never once have I been made to feel bad if I didn’t know how to do something or was doing it wrong. The encouragement to finish those last reps and push yourself beyond what you thought possible is uplifting. The personal connections to the trainers and other members is priceless.
