She works with people at any level of conditioning and helps you get in shape quickly, while taking into account your physical issues/injuries. She is available for both in person and virtual coaching sessions, and will work with whatever equipment you have at home!

Sam is great at working with kids. Our 9 year old son had hardly any football experience but Sam was able to explain things clearly, make training fun and really understood how to relate to him. This gym has the ‘personal’ touch. Never mind the fantastic workouts-my body has never been more toned or sculpted-the encouragement and sense of belonging is a welcome change to the gym scene. Never once have I been made to feel bad if I didn’t know how to do something or was doing it wrong. The encouragement to finish those last reps and push yourself beyond what you thought possible is uplifting. The personal connections to the trainers and other members is priceless.

I decided to try aerial yoga for the first time tonight 🧘‍♀️ and I ended up loving it and am coming back to try aerial strength tomorrow! Kristan was an excellent instructor and she was really clear in directing us on what to do. She guided us into the moves and yoga poses that we did in the hammock and I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. The gym is really cute and I was greeted by a really nice and friendly receptionist who guided me into the class and also helped sign me up for my next class. I am looking forward to taking more classes here and maybe bringing along some of my friends! I also made new yogi friends while I was there. It was all good vibes here!!!

My trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about how best to train to achieve my desired outcomes but also with regard to what kind of diet and supplements would be best suited for me. I've been training with them for a month now and I am definitely seeing positive changes in my physique!! I'm a woman in my 50's and it's seemed impossible to really achieve any goals on my own. Having a trainer like Flor to be supportive when I need it, and who will push me when I need THAT has really made a huge difference!
