SMB Hospitality Consulting offers culinary and hosptiatlity lessons and service. Sean M. Bips is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has worked in the hotel industry for over 15 years across the globe. He also holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and a Dual MBA from Durham Business School and The European Business School in both England and Germany.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process is to first assess the current technical skills in the kitchen and then to proceed to learn what level the student wishes to move towards.
