We are a cooking school on an organic vegetable farm. Started by 2 former Gourmet Magazine Food Editors and chefs, The Farm Cooking School offers a wide range of hands on classes from Cheesemaking to French Sauces. We think cooking should be fun and informative and end our classes with a full sitdown 3 course meal to promote getting to know each other. BYOB to enjoy during the meal. 

Teaching has always been my favorite kind of work, and teaching cooking is a way of promoting community around food. I bring 30 years of international experience to my classes and my partner, Ian Knauer, founder of the school, brings a unique  perspective to the farm to table experience. We have many other specialty teachers from wine expert Carol Berman to Nicholas Lee, Four Seasons Hotel pastry chef who also teaches his native  Malaysian and related Asian Cuisines. We have children's classes as well, including summer camps.
