What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First i get to know them and what they want from me as a coach. We then gotta trust each other so you can be as confidence as you can be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a gymnast for 13 years and coached for 6. i am very trusted when helping or spotting someone.

I donnot have a price yet we can talk and see what is there needed to be done first.

I had to get a job and the only thing i did was gymnastics
