I offer excellent 1 on 1 and group MMA training. This includes kickboxing, boxing, and wrestling. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Improve techniques like sparring and wrestling. Any level.
I have been a martial arts student for 13 years and i’m now looking to train others in what is the best workout and self defense possible. Lose weight, learn to fight, and get fit!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To spend time either over the telephone or in-person before the first lesson, to understand their needs and goals. It’s important as an instructor to know whether the student is looking to lose weight, get more toned, gain confidence and respect, etc.
Once I understand what you’re goals are, I will develop a schedule to make your goals a reality.

How did you get started teaching?
I was a student myself for many years and I participated in competitions. The best way to become a teacher is to develop the skills through hard work and practice.
