I really appreciate the fact that because of his background and certification as an educator, he incorporates curriculum in his lessons. Ive worked with other instructors that dont have as much of a background in both the performing and the education. I feel like I get both educated technique methods along with hands on experience.

Richard is amazing! He truly listens and takes the time to get to know each student, helping guide them in the right direction. He puts his whole heart into teaching and mentoring, creating such a positive and encouraging environment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students’ growth, both on and off the stage. I’m so grateful for his support and highly recommend working with him!

Richard directed and coached my teenage daughter at a pivotal point in her theater experience. He doesnt just improve your craft; he helps you build confidence and truly believe in your own unique instrument. The safe, supportive, and honest environment he creates is exactly what every actor needs. He is more than a coach—hes a mentor who invests in your long-term success...as an actor and as an overall, authentic person. I will always be thankful for the time my daughter spent under his guidance. It made a positive impact on and off the stage.

Working with Richard allowed me to find pieces that felt personal to both my identities and pursuits/goals as an artist. From learning choreography and music, to exploring deeper meanings behind text and character, I could not recommend Studio G more as a gifted educator, artist, and human being.
